If you’re thinking about having a new boiler installed, now or in the future, the cost of undertaking this will likely be on your mind. A new boiler is a great investment for your home, and something you can often see a return on over the years with reduced heating bills and fewer repair call-outs and costs for new parts.

However, it undeniably costs money to have a new boiler installed and we understand how important it is to get an indication of price so you can plan and budget. We’ve designed our new boiler estimate tool to give you an idea of the boiler that could work best for your home, together with an approximate guide on its cost including installation.

While the new boiler estimate tool is for guidance only, it means you can get an idea about the boiler you’ll need and how much it will cost you in just a few minutes. This is ideal for budgeting and planning purposes, and the tool allows you to find this information without arranging an engineer visit or even picking up the phone! This has lots of benefits to you, including saving you time and giving you an instant indication of how much a new boiler will cost.

Once you have your initial estimate you can choose to arrange an in depth quote, which we provide free of charge and without obligation. However, this is up to you, as we know not everyone will be ready to proceed and some may be planning ahead for a new boiler in a year or so.

What information do I need to provide?

To allow your boiler estimate to be as accurate as possible, we’ll ask you some simple questions about your current heating system, including the fuel you use and the type of boiler you have at the moment. We’ll also ask you some information about your flue and its location, as well as some basic questions about your home, its size and the number of bathrooms you currently have. If you currently live in the property, it should be easy to answer every question, but if you need any further advice just let us know. 

How long will it take to get my new boiler estimate?

We’ve designed our new boiler estimate tool to provide an approximate guide to pricing and basic information on a recommended boiler instantly. Once you input the information about your property and current heating system, you’ll get your results straight away. The form only takes a couple of minutes to complete, thanks to an easy click box design. Just be sure to have as much information as you can about your current heating set-up, including (if possible):

• The location of your flue.
• The shape of your flue.
• Approximately how far your flue is off the ground.
• Approximately how close to a neighbouring property your flue is positioned.
• If your flue can be accessed.
